Delivery and Returns
Delivery Policy
Usually an order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt. However, due to the handmade nature of the resources occasions may arise where it is not possible to immediately dispatch an order. Unless otherwise stated all goods will be supplied within 28 days of an order being placed with an appropriate substitute item included if appropriate. Where items are substituted these will be of equivalent value and quality to the original item. In the event of a substitution not being possible, the customer will be contacted and advised of the likely delivery date. If the goods cannot be provided within a mutually agreed timescale and an acceptable alternative is unavailable, a full refund will be offered. All product images supplied are illustrative and we reserve the right to substitute items if we have trouble or delays in obtaining items from the usual range. The overall balance and value for money will not be compromised.
Returns Policy
If your Play to Z resources do not meet your expectations you may return them undamaged (at your cost) within 7 days of receipt. Provided the goods are unused and undamaged, a full refund will be will be made excluding any postage or courier costs incurred by Play to Z.
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the 7-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us atinfo@playtoz.co.uk stating the reason for the return. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, if the goods have not yet been dispatched the order will be cancelled and payment returned in full if applicable.
If the goods have already been dispatched or received, please package the relevant item(s) securely and return to us within seven working days of receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand unless prior agreement has been given. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. In the case of any return, the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us (and original delivery) unless we delivered the item in error or the item is damaged or defective.
Problems
Your goods should reach you in perfect order but if you have any problems Play to Z Ltd must be advised of these in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Every effort will be made to satisfactorily resolve the problem. Where goods have been damaged in transit, problems should be reported in writing within 24 hours so that we can take this up with the courier. Failure to do so may affect our ability to resolve the problem.
