An attractive and hardy product

Mini Stacking hoops is not only an extremely visually pleasing product, its many shapes and materials make it ideal for texture exploration as well as improving coordination.
The beautiful gingham bag prompted my 27 month old son to become very excited as he eagerly anticipated the contents.
When Louis first saw the Mini stacking hoops he said “mmmm yummy cake Mummy”, I wonder whether the shape reminded him of a tiered cake! Louis then immediately launched into imaginative play and handed the wooden flower to me as a biscuit to accompany my cup of tea.
He enjoyed wearing the hair scrunchie on his wrist and gave me the green bangle to wear on my wrist to make “mummy look pretty”.
We sorted the hoops into different piles starting with colour and then moved on to discuss the texture of the hoops and how they differed.
We then had fun trying to fit the hoops into the bags and seeing which ones would go into which bag – Louis enjoyed carrying them around as though he had been shopping. This then led to a game of ‘shops’ whereby I became the shopkeeper and Louis ‘paid’ me for the items.
Louis enjoyed taking the hoops off of the stand and putting them back on in a different order – once he had put on as many as he could he would exclaim “I did it!” and was very pleased with his achievement.
Mini Stacking hoops really appealed to Louis as it allowed us to engage in a number of different fun and creative activities. The ethically and locally sourced hoops are made to a very high quality making it a very attractive and hardy product.
